The “Bridge to Brighter Futures” program open to all persons over age 21 with a disability that is still facing challenges caused by the post COVID impact on services.
Minute Man Arc, along with three other Mass Arc agencies, are working together to provide additional services to those who qualify. This is a FREE program and you will be matched with an agency in your area.
