As the Director of Operations at Minute Man Arc, Eric oversees all of Minute Man Arc’s properties, including the new and spacious 35 Forest Ridge Road site, the Carter Center, and nine group homes. Eric and his team are responsible for making sure that everything from maintenance to technology is up and running smoothly every day. He brings over 40 years of experience in the operations field to his position. He is passionate about healthy living and currently leads the staff walking initiative at the agency. He resides in Boston with his two golden retrievers – Ellie and Eva.
