Please join us for a presentation on understanding the aging and family caregiver supports that are available to you and your family utilizing the aging network. Those with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities who may need further assistance for independent living can access these supports as well. As we discuss the resources you and your loved ones can utilize, you will learn how these services may work together with your social services agency (e.g. Minute Man Arc) and the Developmental Disability network.
The last 18 months have certainly presented us all with more challenges than we could have ever anticipated, thereby emphasizing the need to seek alternate means of assistance and get creative. You are invited to attend this webinar to learn more about resources that can be of great value to you and your family.
There will be time for questions.
