Prior to beginning his employment with Minute Man Arc in 2012, Ryan spent 15 years working in a variety of Human Services settings, including DD/MH residential, inpatient psychiatric, and adolescent behavioral programs. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing. Ryan previously worked in Minute Man Arc’s Employment Services program and Day Habilitation program, before transitioning into his current position, Director of Training & Quality Improvement. Ryan loves his job and appreciates the opportunity to have a positive effect on the quality of services Minute Man Arc provides, as well as improve the overall satisfaction of individuals served, MMA employees, and surrounding communities. Ryan moved to Boston from Orlando in 2012, and spends his free time with his wife and two Yorkie/Shih Tzus. Ryan and his wife are expecting their first child in January 2016.
